Happy New Year - New Opportunities in Memphis Photography

A year of growth

In 2022 I retired from the Navy Reserves. For the past decade I said that when I hung up my uniform I would spend more time focusing on my photography and client...and I did! I poured time, money and my heart into taking my wedding, family, maternity, and headshots photography to the next level.

I miss wearing the uniform and am proud of my military service and being a veteran, but I am grateful to have this time to provide approximately 52 families and couples a unique photography experience in Bartlett and throughout the greater Memphis area.

In 2022, Three Chickadees Photography took me out of my comfort zone, and out of the country as I photographed my first cruise wedding in the Bahamas!

I look back over dozens of sessions and what sticks out to me is the connections and relationships that I built. So many of you trusted me with special portraits that I hope you will cherish for years to come. I am grateful to each of you for putting your trust in me.

In 2023, I will continue to be your go-to photographer. Even with 20 years experience as a professional photographer, I am learning new things every day. I am routinely checking my cameras, lenses and lighting to ensure that they are extensions of my mind's eye. Investing in new equipment is not only fun (who doesn't like shopping?!?!), but it allows me to give you a better experience with photography each and every session.
